Hi,
I'm running Netscaler 10.5 and I want to loadbalance my Exchange 2013. I've tried to follow this guide https://www.citrix.com/content/dam/citrix/en_us/documents/products-solutions/microsoft-exchange-2013-citrix-netscaler-deployment-guide.pdf  but something is not working for me.

I can see that the servers group is up, the CS virtual server is up but the LBVS is down and I'm guessing that this is the result why I cannot access OWA from outside.
When I'm creating simple loadbalancing without content switching, everything works.

Thanks in advance.

Assuming the backend servers ARE actually up and running, LBVS can be down for a variety of reasons:

- bad monitors cause sevices to be down

- services incorrectly configured (wrong proto, port or IP)

- services not bound to LBVS

- manually set as "down"
