NetScaler and Nagios SNMP Monitor for CPU and Client/Server Connections

I came across two articles on nagiosexchange.com by damns, so I give him full credit for these.  I am simply combining two articles there into one here.

The first attachment is a Perl script that monitors the Client or Server Connections.  The second one monitors the CPU.
