issue with Application Template? Word documents inside Sharepoint do not open

Hi all,

we use Netscaler for Intranet and Extranet. For Intranet it is only configured as a virtual server using load balancing and SSL offloading. For Extranet I use a Sharepoint 2010 template with Content Switching.

Via Extranet Office documents do not open properly. Word opens and instead of the actual document I only see a button with the label "Continue", but it has no functionality.

Can this be caused by Content Switching or any other part of the Application template?

What you tried with different browsers? have you checked the source of the page? Lastly I suggest two things, a trace, and disabling different things in the template to see where it fails.
