Default landing page
« on: December 08, 2011, 08:21:17 AM »
Is there an "out of the box" default landing page that can be used once you login to the AG?  Something that has a logout button and possibly bookmarks and a link to the Citrix apps available?  Or is this something that needs to be heavily customized?

Thanks!

Yes, there is a built in 3 panel landing page, if you enable Client-less VPN mode within the Policy.  You can Simply add the Web Interface Site, Links and Content.  Sorry I don't have Screen Shots but it is pretty straight forward once you get into the policy.  Also if you enable ALL three methods of access Full SSL VPN, Client-less and ICA Proxy.  The users will get a landing page with an Icon representing the different ways of accessing the system which is nice for the power users.

Hope that helps

Thanks!  Works beautifully.  How do I now add "enterprise web sites" that would display for all users that connect?

Also, is there a way to remove the file shares section and leave the web sites?

Open de Citrix NetScaler console and goto Access Gateway => Bookmarks, add the web sites (Bookmarks) you want to display. After that goto Access Gateway virtual server and add the newly created bookmarks to that virtual server.

Removing the File Shares section can only be done by editing the /netscaler/portal/template/homepage.html manually.
