Access Gateway rewrite issues

I have an Access Gateway virtual server that goes directly to a Sharepoint 2007 page. Sharepoint has a lot of internal content including OWA, Web Inteface, and some other intranet apps. We tried to add a SQL 2008 Reporting Services web app and it is not displaying correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions on resolving this or is it just a rewrite bug and I need to open a case with Citrix support?

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Are you using a SSL VPN, or clientless access?
